How to participate?

You are also welcome to attend the event directly. You will then have the unique opportunity to participate not only in the parts with discussion sessions but also in the workshops and evening socialising activities. However, we would like to emphasise that the event is not mass: our intention is to target a small group of participants who will be able to work in a comfortable environment.

Therefore – unfortunately – we will have to select from among the applications. But how to apply?

Please fill in the form below. In it, we ask not only for your details and organisational information but also for a justification of your participation (max. 300 words). Based on the submissions, our Organising Committee will select those that best fit the theme of the meeting. We emphasise that this justification can be academic but also less formal. We will therefore consider classic abstracts as well as contributions such as mini-essays.

Registration begins on 1 June 2023. We accept registrations until 31 August 2023.
We will announce our decision after 20 September.
