The second panelist in our session with representatives of Warsaw City Hall authorities and non-governmental organizations on the humanitarian crisis during the war will be Olaf Osica, PhD. He serves as the Director for Strategy and Analysis at the Warsaw City Hall. The department he leads is responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis to update and monitor the city’s strategy, as well as to support evidence-based decision-making processes. Osica also serves as the Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Centre for Eastern Studies, where he previously held the position of Managing Director from 2010 to 2015 and led digital transformation workshops at the College of Europe Natolin Campus. Additionally, Osica is a member of the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative. Osica graduated in international relations from Warsaw University in 2000 and earned his doctorate in social and political science from the European University Institute in Florence, Italy in 2007. In 2022, he was awarded a scholarship from the Stern Leadership Academy to complete an Executive Education program at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
